We are now inviting a person with a proactive approach to problem solving to join our team as a Customer Care Manager. The role is a friendly and expert telephone and online consultation of customers on the selection of tourist clothing and equipment; processing of customer orders through 1C; work in the team of the customer care department, constant exchange and improvement of knowledge about technological novelties of tourist clothing and equipment; interaction with company divisions, external suppliers and the Gorgany Distribution Center. What skills are important to us: strong communication skills; the ability to listen to the client and the inner desire to help him; friendliness and diligence; an irrepressible desire to develop in the field of outdoor; fire in the eyes; a proactive life position; lack of tolerance for mediocre results.
