We, the Gurkit company, are looking for a responsible online sales manager for our partner's store, which specializes in the sale of garden equipment, electrical and gasoline tools. What will you do: Answer incoming calls. Process orders from the cart. Advise customers on product selection. Monitor customer payments, encourage them to make payments on time. Draw up the necessary documentation. Enter and process data in the company's crm system and 1C. You are our ideal candidate if: You speak Ukrainian fluently. You have good diction. You have excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate and make sales. You control your emotions, adhere to ethical standards and are a stress-resistant employee. You know how to work in 1C, CRM system. Knowledge of garden equipment and power tools will be an advantage. You understand that the greater the result, the higher the salary.
