Requirements: Willingness to learn quickly, to be sociable, active, result-oriented; Having secondary special education; Confident PC user, in particular software: 1C Enterprise, Microsoft Office; Advanced user in social networks (maintaining pages, working with graphic editors to create publications); Correspondence skills , effective communication with customers in online chats, messengers, by phone; Experience of working in an online store. Main duties: Reception of incoming and making outgoing calls (customer consultations); Prompt processing of incoming applications in the online store and social networks; Maintaining a page in social networks; creation of video and photo content. Control the delivery process and ensure timely fulfillment of orders; Placement and management of orders (in 1C); Constantly learn and improve your sales skills.
