In connection with the increase in sales, a manager of an online store is needed for permanent work. The store specializes in the retail sale of toys and children's transport (scooters, rollers, skates, etc.). Important! The work is not related to cold calls. Responsibilities: Calling new orders; Processing incoming calls; Answering customer questions in chats, marketplaces, messengers; at the carrier; Updating the statuses of orders on platforms (Rozetka, Allo, Prom and others); Calling customers who refused the product: with a mandatory indication of the reason for refusal; Responding to customer feedback; Working with complaints; Working with objections: negative feedback and complaints; returns: integrity of the product, control of the necessary stock for return; execution of the manager's orders. We offer a 2/2 schedule: from 9 to 20 on weekdays and from 9 to 19 on weekends and holidays. The salary depends on the number of shifts, and on average it is 13,000 - UAH 15,000 per month. Payment 2 times a month. Employment: full-time, remote, but it is possible to work in the office: Kyiv, Svitlytskogo 35 (Vynogradar microdistrict) Work in one box crm. Work experience will give you a significant advantage. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: experience of working in an online store or in a similar position for at least 1 year; fluent communication in Ukrainian and Russian; the ability to quickly and effectively solve customer problems; availability of access to constant high-speed Internet; availability of a computer and a headset for making calls; high responsibility and organization; the desire to learn and develop. A person with experience in an online store is needed. It will be necessary to delve deeply into the characteristics of the products and provide qualified advice to customers who cannot decide on a model.
