For 18 years, our company has been successfully operating on the Ukrainian market in the field of engineering solutions for OV and VC systems. The company's goals include expanding the range of services provided and covering most of the market. Responsibilities: Accepting orders and consulting customers by phone Processing orders received from the website and trading platforms Forming orders Controlling shipment and delivery of orders to customers Controlling payment of orders Searching for new customers (by at the request of the management) Help in filling the site with content (at the request of the management) Requirements: Spoken Ukrainian Be attentive and punctual Improve your knowledge in the field of heating and pumping equipment Confident PC user Knowledge of Excel (basic formulas and working with several documents) Word (text formatting, scanning and printing) Preferred knowledge 1C Knowledge in the field of heating equipment is welcome. Preferably without bad habits. A big plus if you have experience working with CMS and CRM systems.
