We are an online vape store dartvaper.ua We are looking for a customer service manager. We offer: stable payment of wages twice a month, a safe office in the basement, free tea, coffee, cookies, and a good mood. Office near the Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station. The first month of work — training and internship, paid at the rate of UAH 20,000. After a successful internship, the rate is UAH 18,000. UAH 15,000 - bonuses, paid in part or in full depending on the ratings for listened calls and chats (we will tell you in more detail at the interview and training). Work schedule: 5 working days a week (2 floating days off, can be placed next to each other) Mon - Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sat — Sun from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Responsibilities: Online customer consultation and processing of orders; TTN registration; Customer chat consultation; Knowledge of products and assortment; Delivery coordination; Accompanying the customer all the way before receiving the order and after; punching of checks; Entering analytical data into spreadsheets; Ensuring cleanliness and order in your workplace; LOVE OF PEOPLE, and a genuine desire to help find the best choice for each customer.
