Online store manager in TD Gurmandiz, TOV

We are looking for a responsible and organized online store manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our online store and attracting new customers through online channels. Your main goal will be to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and increase sales. Responsibilities: Management and support of the online store, including uploading products, updating prices and descriptions, monitoring product availability, processing orders and shipping products; Customer support, responding to their inquiries and advising on products; Maintaining the relevance of information about products on the website; Interaction with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of orders. Requirements: At least 1 year of online store experience; Ability to work effectively with online platforms and CRM systems; High communication skills and customer request processing skills; Analytical skills and attention to detail; Ability to work in a team and make decisions; A high level of command of the Ukrainian language, English will be an advantage.
