Your duties:

• Processing incoming orders: you will be the first to hear the wishes of our customers and help them with product selection.
• Customer consultation: you will provide qualified consultation on issues related to the products and services of our store.
• Conducting upsells and offering alternative products: this will help increase sales volume, average check and improve customer loyalty.
• Creating content for the site in including on partner platforms (filling in product cards)
• Creation and editing of creative visual content (photos)
• Placing goods in the appropriate category on the website.

Our candidate:

• Speaks Ukrainian
• Has experience with Excel, Google Doc
• Has experience with Photoshop
• Creative and has non-standard thinking
• Responsibility, punctuality, self-organization - what characterizes you
• Able to work in a team and with satisfaction participates in joint projects
