What should be done?
1. Process orders (15-25 orders per day):
- accept orders ( phone, website, social networks, CRM)
- call back and clarify information about of orders
- create a New Poshta invoice
< p>- enter information about the order in CRM and accounting table- pack the order
send an order by New Mail">- manage orders (send TTN, monitor payment, organize returns)
- ask for feedback
2. Answer customer questions by phone and in social networks
3. Offer customers an additional product
4. Communicate with the client and issue the goods upon pickup
5. Control information about the availability of goods on the site
6. Communicate with clients twice a week on social networks in the evening shift (until 10:00 p.m.)
7. Visualize engravings using a template in Photoshop
8. Make engraving (5-7 units per day)
9. Accept the goods
10. Maintain cleanliness at the workplace (except general cleaning)
11. Participate in meetings and brainstorms
Time distribution at work
1. Order management (acceptance, accounting, communication in social networks and messengerjerakh, feedback requests, visualization of engravings) - 70%
2. Packing of orders, acceptance of delivery - 15%

What are the working hours?The work schedule is variable . 2 employees are on shift every day. Responsibilities are distributed evenly. All sales managers agree on a schedule and replace each other. The online store is open every day from 10:00 to 18:00 (and on social networks until 22:00)
5 working days a week, 2 days off.

Salary
Expected average salary based on the previous months of work is UAH 21,556. You will receive % of the margin, but not less than UAH 10,000.
