We are currently looking for Methodology Department Manager (office-separated), possible business trips

Main functions:

1. Development of methodological recommendations on the reflection in tax accounting and reporting of economic transactions.
2. Providing advice to employees on the identification of the results of economic transactions and their reflection in tax accounting and reporting.
3. Administration of the process of providing tax consultations.
4. Coordination of department employees on the development of methodological recommendations and provision of consultations on the reflection in tax accounting and reporting of economic transactions.
5. Development and administration of structural descriptions and systems of internal control of accounting business processes.

7. Analysis of changes in the tax legislation of Ukraine for the development of projects and proposals for changes in the accounting policy and accounting of individual operations.
8. Development of requests for changes in accounting information systems to automate the accounting process and internal control system.

9. Implementation of internal control system procedures.
10. Description of business requirements for automation of accounting processes/control procedures.

OUR Portrait:

• Higher education
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of tax reporting or methodological support of accounting processes
• Professional accountant (tax) certification is desirable

Mandatory knowledge:

- legislation of Ukraine in the field of accounting and taxes;

- knowledge of foreign exchange accounting;

- knowledge of IFRS (basic level).

Skills :

- confident user of Medok, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, MS Office;

- well-developed communication and organizational skills;

Preferably:

- Experience in tax reporting;

- Experience in supporting tax audits;

- Experience in the development of methodological recommendations;

- Experience in the development and administration of systems of internal control of accounting operations;

- Experience in the SAP ERP system ;

- Experience in consulting employees.
