Main work tasks: Control and improvement of the group's work efficiency; Analysis of the group's work indicators in relation to the implementation of planned indicators (KPI); Control of the processing of appeals, requests, incidents in the ServiceDesk system; with the help of calls; Preparation of documentation, presentations and instructions, conducting training of subordinates; Coordination of the work of the group by administrators of related services. You are the candidate if: You have experience in customer support or technical support; You have knowledge of the methodology of providing IT services; You have organizational skills; You are fluent an extended range of capabilities of the Windows operating system and office tools - MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerPoint, archivers, antiviruses, mail clients and other application programs; You have experience in similar positions from 1 year; You have knowledge of Active Directory and knowledge of the basics of ITIL will be an advantage; You have an organized package of documents ( in particular, a certificate of registration or a military ID).We offer: Official employment and the ability to work remotely; A team of like-minded people who can provide help and support; An environment for continuous professional development even in wartime conditions.
