Work experience is desirable, but we are willing to consider candidates with potential and a desire to learn. Requirements: Fluency in English; Ability to work with Google Sheets; Responsibility and attention to detail; Negotiation skills and the ability to work in a team; Availability of a stable Internet connection. Responsibilities: Receiving calls through the Ring Central application; Booking time for customers in the CRM system Active actions to return the customer if the order was not booked (calls, voice messages, SMS); Maintaining contact with technicians and monitoring their timely upon arrival to clients; Control over the filling of all necessary information in CRM by technicians; Preparation of reports in Telegram chat and updating of spreadsheets. We offer flexible work schedule; Competitive salary: $800 during the internship period, $1000 after its completion, $1400 + bonuses after 6 months.
