Manager of the forwarding department in Metinvest

We are looking for a expediting department manager for a Group enterprise — METINVEST-SHIPPING

What to do:

• prepare contractual documents;
• conduct tender procedures for the purchase of services and materials;
• process shipping documents;
• conduct business correspondence with counterparties;

• analyze costs when choosing a service provider;
• prepare reports;
• enter data into the SAP system.

 Our expectations:

• availability of a full higher education in the field of "Economics"/"Law"/"Logistics"/"Transport";
• availability of experience of at least 3 years in the field of logistics/contractual work/financial work;< /li>
• high level of mastery of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• competent business correspondence;
• knowledge of the ETS;
• knowledge in the industry conducting tenders and concluding contracts;
• languages: Ukrainian - fluent; English - pre-intermediate;
• the presence of personal qualities: stress resistance, sociability, analytical mindset, systematic approach, ability to work in a team, responsible attitude to work, desire for self-development and growth;
• loyalty to irregular working hours.
