Manager of the direction of coordination and support of currency operations in Universal Bank/Universal Bank

We will need your professionalism for:

• Checking of client documents for compliance with currency legislation of Ukraine and the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine (ZED contracts, invoices, acts, customs declarations).
• Foreign exchange control operations: monitoring compliance with settlement terms (import/export), opening, conducting and closing import/export contracts in the bank system.
• Supporting international of payments: conducting SWIFT transfers, checking the payment destination for compliance with the requirements of the NBU, currency control and AML.
• Financial monitoring (AML/KYC): analysis of client transactions in terms of risk, compliance with sanction lists, checking of counterparties.
• Consultative customer support and resolution of disputed situations.

You are our candidate if:

• You have 2 years of professional experience.
• You have deep knowledge of currency legislation of Ukraine and practical experience checks of foreign exchange contracts (import, export, services, invoices, acts).
• You have experience in working with foreign currency payments (SWIFT, SEPA, intrabank systems).
• You understand financial monitoring (AML/KYC) and are able to assess risks in foreign exchange operations.
• You have experience in communication and consulting with clients, able to explain complex things in simple words.
• You have a basic level of English (for reading contracts and correspondence)
