Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying startups and establishing partnerships
• Proactively identify, evaluate and implement innovative developments in the field of drones.
• Developing relationships and partnerships with the goal of expanding our BRAVE1 product portfolio and technology capabilities.
• Market analysis and strategy development
• Analyze market demands, needs, trends and challenges
• Maintain an active network with drone manufacturers by understanding their needs and requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to align product offerings with market demands.
• Production Control
• Deep dive into the manufacturing processes of portfolio companies to optimize efficiency, quality and innovation.
• Understanding and improving production capabilities
• Compliance and risk management
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards and policies.
• Identification and minimization of risks in the field of procurement, ensuring the integrity and reputation of the organization.
• Represent the product line at executive meetings, industry events and public platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• Experience in drone manufacturing with an emphasis on product development and management.
• In-depth knowledge of drone manufacturing processes, technologies and market trends.
• Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative and entrepreneurial environment.
