Manager of the department of technical support and customer support of IT management in AGROPROSPERIS BANK

Purpose of the position and primary tasks

• Ensuring smooth, continuous operation of the Bank's information systems (hereinafter - IS) and software and technical complexes and software (software) used in the Bank's production activities and/or installed at clients' workplaces in accordance with concluded contracts, their administration in accordance with approved roles and internal regulatory documents;

Support of customer service systems Bank;

• Work with NBU software;
• Purchase of computer equipment, software and services.

Functional responsibilitiesSupport and support of remote banking systems:

• iFobs – CS Ltd

Support and support of software NBU:

• ARM INF
• SAIMP

Support and support of document management systems and archives of client cases:

• DokS
• DokBS

Maintenance of documentation;

Administration of user access rights;

Organization and support of the equipment repair process;

Preparation for operation and issuance of new equipment to users;

Accounting of IT equipment.

Requirements for a candidate for the position

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of remote service systems
• User support experience
• Expanding knowledge and practical experience in working with computer hardware and printing devices;
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10, AD, Terminal Services, 1C
