Briefly about us: Grade Education Center is the largest center for international English language exams and the only authorized Cambridge English Platinum Center in Ukraine. Our main areas of activity are English language courses and preparation for international exams (TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge English), trainings and international qualifications for teachers (CELTA, DELTA), conducting international Cambridge English exams. In a word, we do everything possible to ensure a really high and high-quality level of English in Ukraine. Who are we looking for? In connection with the expansion and development of the department, we are looking for a manager in the English language teachers' professional development department. Professional development is not an empty word for us and our clients. We have courses from Cambridge English, our own author's programs and a modern online platform that provide English teachers with opportunities to improve their qualifications. Therefore, it will be a big plus if you have worked in the educational field or have experience in teaching English. What does the job consist of? processing incoming applications and calls, consulting on professional development services, presentation and selection of necessary courses, correspondence with clients by e-mail and messengers, communication with clients in the telephone mode of management database of the center's students, work with CRM, invoicing and payment control, support of current clients in solving their educational needs, assistance in coordinating the educational process (sending invitations before the start of courses; monitoring student attendance; sending certificates; collecting feedback after graduation) interaction with various departments (marketing , developers, admin office) and many more interesting tasks Our wishes for the candidate: experience as a manager or administrator will be an advantage higher education fluent spoken and written Ukrainian English language level B2 and a highly confident PC user organizational skills, attentiveness, punctuality decency, initiative, responsibility the ability to work as in team, as well as independently Why you want to work with us: work in a cozy and modern office in the center of Kyiv (Str.
