What you need to do: analyze the needs of customers (Group assets, internal users — functional directorates of the Management Company); analyze the supplier market, write procurement strategies for categories in the area of ​​responsibility; organize and support tender procedures (preparation of materials, documentation of the procurement process); manage the life cycle of work with the supplier, support communications at all stages, the qualification process, directory maintenance; develop optimal scenarios for meeting the needs of customers Our expectations: work experience in in large industrial enterprises, in holding companies or in consulting in the areas of: procurement / sales / supply / investment / economy. analytical work skills, effective negotiation, ability to work with a large amount of information; higher economic/technical education.
