- Project monitoring, checking the completeness and quality of project documentation and project reporting;
- Formation of portfolio reporting (monthly, quarterly) to inform management;
- Coordination of project managers regarding the formation of project documentation and reporting on project implementation;
- Providing consultations on project methodology and application of NBU requirements to project management;
- Update of project management methodology and approaches in accordance with needs organizations;
- Development and implementation of new project management methods and approaches relevant to the organization.

- Full university education, master's degree in economics, finance, law, business management, technology or related disciplines;
- From 3 years of general professional experience (in banking or consulting);
- Knowledge of project management methodology (PMBoK, Agile/SCRUM, KanBan);
- Experience of participating in projects (management experience projects will be an advantage);
- Experience in organizing and conducting training (preferred);
- Experience in Jira/Confluence software (preferred);
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel .
