Manager of the content department in Lerua Merlen Ukrayina / Leroy Merlin

Leroy Merlin Ukraine is an international retail company known and recognized throughout the world. We specialize in trade in goods for construction, repair and furnishing of housing.

Leroy Merlin Ukraine is a part of ADEO - an international holding group that united 35 autonomous companies in 12 countries of Asia, Europe and South America.

We are currently looking for a Department Manager for our team of content.

Responsibilities:

Management and organization of processes:

• Development and implementation of e-commerce content strategy;
• Formation and control of content plan;
• Team management (inhouse / freelance);
• Control of KPI implementation in the content area.

Content and quality:

• Managing the creation and updating of PDP, categories and landing pages;
• Control of the completeness of attributes and the quality of product descriptions;
• Participation in the improvement of UX/UI together with product and design teams.

SEO and structure:

• Optimization of the structure of categories and site tree;
• Implementation of SEO best practices;
• Working with product feeds and attributes.

Operational interaction:

• Working with PIM and ERP integrations;
• Coordinating with the digital team;
• Participating in setting up labels.

Operational work:

• Working with PIM / CMS systems;

• Updating content when the assortment or prices change;

• Checking the correctness of information display on the site;

• Interaction with e-commerce, SEO and offer teams.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with e-commerce content from 1 of the year;

• Basic understanding of SEO principles;

• Experience with CMS or PIM systems;

• Attention to details;

• Ability to work with a large amount of information;

• Responsibility and systematic work.
