Requirements to the candidate

• experienced PC user (office package: Word, Excel);
• ability and willingness to work with a large volume of document flow and information;

• responsibility, ability to independent work and decision-making within the framework of competencies.

Experience of working in a similar position and with primary accounting documents will be a plus;

• experience in the SAP accounting system.

Main responsibilities< /p>

• accept orders for shipment of finished products, organize electronic exchange of documents in the EDI system with trade networks of Ukraine; Work on portals;
• transfer orders for the shipment of finished products to the production department;
• draw up a schedule of shipments of finished products for trade networks of Ukraine and interact with the production department regarding the plan of product shipments;
• >
• order transport from transport companies according to the schedules of shipments of finished products
• control the shipment of products from the place of loading to the distribution center of trade networks;
• compose a complete package of shipping documents for trade networks of Ukraine and for clients of the Ukrainian market;
• maintain accounting document flow with trade networks and clients of the Ukrainian market;
• organize negotiation of contracts;
• monitor business correspondence with trade networks of Ukraine;
• monitor fulfillment of contractual obligations with trade networks of Ukraine;
• conduct claim work with networks in the event of a shortage of delivered products;
• cooperate with third-party organizations to resolve additional issues regarding the shipment of finished products for retail networks of Ukraine;
• enter information into the SAP software daily (enter orders, create expense invoices and write off finished products from the warehouse).

Terms

• work schedule: 40-hour work week , standard Friday with a flexible start of working hoursin the afternoon (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., upon request).

• minimum duration of annual paid leave is 28 days.
