We - 'Aliks IT' - an experienced and ambitious team of professionals in in the field of programming and IT consulting based on BAS (1C). Since 2016, we have been offering our expertise in the field of automating accounting of business processes and organizing information security. One of the current directions we work with is the introduction of management accounting.

So we are looking for an ambitious and experienced -< /span>Technical Support Manager


What do you need? >

  • understanding of the construction of a computer network and the operation of the main protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH);

  • ability to install any office and commercial equipment (printer, scanner, barcode scanner, PRO, printer of labels or receipts, etc.);

  • basic understanding of accounting reporting programs (Medoc, Artzvit, etc.) and software PRO;

  • excellent communication skills: oral and written. Ability to explain complex things in simple words;

  • stress resistance, ability to cope with conflict situations;

  • desire to work with people.

Would be preferred:

  • experience in BAS administration (1С);

  • experience in programming

  • experience with servers (Linux, Ubuntu, Windows Server);

  • ability to work with virtual machines;

  • basic experience with Nginx, Apache, IIS, MS SQL Server.

What will you do?

  • providing technical support for our customers (telephone and messenger communication), may include solving technical issues, providing advice on system settings and functionality;

  • < li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    helping (remotely) customers, at their request, to solve issues related to their business and office equipment and programs;

  • reporting on the completed work in the CRM system;

  • diagnosing and eliminating errors in PC and software operation;

  • configuration of user connection to information bases;

  • configuration and installation of office equipment;

  • involvement in the company's internal work;

  • accompanied by BAF software products (diagnosis and elimination of minor errors, software product settings, creation of instructions)
