Functional responsibilities’:

• Reception and processing of requests from hotel employees regarding technical malfunctions.
• Transfer of tasks to IT technicians in accordance with internal regulations.
• Determine the priority of tasks (critical, planned, secondary).
• Keeping records of requests and monitoring their implementation in the hotel's internal accounting system.
• Constant communication with the IT engineer, housekeeping supervisor, reception and other services involved in the process.
• Informing the management about critical malfunctions.
• Take operational actions in accordance with the instructions (call the on-duty technician, emergency service, etc.).
