Manager of tax issues

Management of legal work

Main tasks:

• Ensure legal assessment of circumstances, validity of conclusions, actions, decisions and other acts of controlling bodies (including DPSU and DASU) and internal services of the Company;
• Within the scope of competence, form legal positions, prepare draft documents (statements, complaints, appeals, etc.), including objections to acts of inspections, audits, audit reports, draft documents on issues of administrative and/or judicial appeal of tax notices-decisions, decisions on adjusting the declared customs value of goods, challenging the actions/inactions of tax and customs officials, audit reports, audit reports of the State Audit Service and other state bodies on issues related to the competence of the tax manager;
• Provide legal advice on taxation issues, participate in the preparation and processing of draft regulatory documents, local acts of the Company, on issues of compliance with the requirements of tax legislation, financial and economic issues, accounting, accounting operations, and provide opinions on requests from internal divisions of the Company, draft documents that are received for processing;
• Perform legal analysis and provide a legal assessment of documents (inquiries, letters, appeals, complaints, etc.) received from tax control authorities, ensure the processing of draft responses to the specified documents;
• Ensure legal support of the Company's relationship with regulatory bodies, including taxation and audit issues; to take part in the collegial bodies (including commissions) of the Society on financial, economic and property issues

Expected competencies and experience:

• Higher education (not lower than the second (master) level) in the specialty "Law" or "International Law";
• Work experience in the direction of 5 years;
• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate (B1) level is desirable;
• Knowledge of programs: Microsoft excel (proficient required), office, outlook, SAP;
• Tax legislation and the procedure for tax and accounting, legislation on financial and economic issues, international financial reporting standards (IFRS, IAS, interpretation (KMFZB/PCT)), clarification, IPC, methodical documents, etc.;
• Knowledge of provisions of civil, economic, and labor legislation;
• Knowledge of rules of professional ethics and standards of business conduct;
• Attention, good communication skills, emotional stability, initiative, ability to work withwho with data arrays, responsibility for the results of their work, systematic
