We are currently improving our toll-free services across the network and are looking for a Veteran and Family Support Manager. We need a person who will work in the mobile office team in the Kyiv region for field work with the target audience. The person in this position will be the primary liaison between customers and all network service providers and partner organizations. She or he will coordinate clients within the organization, provide support, refer to other counselors and accompany them on their way to improve their well-being.
A support manager is a person who:

What needs to be done:
- Conduct comprehensive identification, analysis and prioritization of the client's needs, in accordance with the instructions and the approved approach
- Develop a plan to meet the needs of clients, fill it together and accompany it in the implementation process
- Analyze opportunities and services within the organization, partner organizations or other external providers and familiarize clients with them
- Advise about the organization's services (job search, educational opportunities, grant opportunities, hobbies and volunteer initiatives using the organization's Knowledge Base)
- Coordinate service providers internally networks
- Provide personal support to clients in the process of implementing a developed plan to meet the client's needs
- Administer the process of redirecting the client for mental health services and accompany them in the process of obtaining them
- Carry out regular monitoring of the provision of customer services and carry out evaluation
Qualification requirements
- Education in the fields of social work, sociology, pedagogy, psychology or other related specialties
- Experience of working as a social worker, case manager with a target audience of 2 years or more in the public, state or corporate sectors
- Be able to provide psychological first aid to clients and if necessary engage psychologists to provide crisis counseling >Full-time employment (five days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)

- Experience as a project manager, HR manager, manager of training and development
- Experience of participation in volsocial initiatives
- Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B1
- Experience of serving in the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Participation in combat operations.
