Veteran Hab
For more than five years, Veteran Hub has been working to support soldiers and their loved ones. We are currently improving our toll-free services across the network and are looking for a Veteran and Family Support Manager. We need a person who will work offline in a space in Vinnytsia. The Support Manager will be the primary liaison between customers and all network service providers. She or he will coordinate clients within the organization, provide support, refer to other counselors and accompany them on the path to improving their well-being.
Veteran Hub support manager is a person who:
Empathetic, flexible and adaptable to changes in customer needs and possible solutions span>
Able to work in team
Has good organizational skills
Has excellent communication skills as well as active listening skills
Has analytical abilities, knows how to structure information, solve problematic issues, pays attention to details
Has a high level of responsibility, self-organization and time management
What to do:
Carry out comprehensive identification, analysis and prioritization of client needs, in accordance with the instructions and the approved approach
Develop a plan to meet customer needs, fill it together and accompany it in the implementation process
Analyze opportunities and services within the organization, partner organizations or other external providers and familiarize customers with them
Advise about the organization's services (job search, educational opportunities, grant opportunities, hobbies and volunteer initiatives using the organization's Knowledge Base)
Coordinate service providers within the network
Make personal support of clients in the process of implementation of the developed plan to satisfy needs of the client
Administer the client referral process for mental health services
Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of customer service delivery
Qualification requirements:
Experience as a project manager, HR manager, training and development manager, social worker, case manager with a target audience will be an advantage
Experience of participating in volunteer, social initiatives will be valuable
Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B1
