Manager of strategic product development in NDA Recruitment

We are looking for an experienced Manager of strategic product development who will help with setting and ensuring the fulfillment of sales goals.

Main functional duties:

1. Development and implementation of product strategy — forming a vision of product development, determining priority channels and forecasting sales.
2. Analysis of market and user needs — systematic collection, processing and interpretation data about the needs of the market and end users.
3. Formation of analytical insights — preparation of conclusions and recommendations for the product team regarding the improvement of existing or creation of new products.
4. Development of demand and assessment of potential — identification of market opportunities, formation of demand and realization of product potential in key segments.
5. Building of the product support ecosystem — creation of a catalog, training materials, tools promotion, motivation and loyalty programs.
6. Feedback coordination — organization of effective interaction between users, product, commercial and production teams.
7. Production and procurement planning — preparation of analytical data and forecasts to ensure the relevance of the product portfolio.
8. Identification and elimination of bottlenecks — proactive analysis of processes affecting product implementation and development of solutions to increase efficiency.

Skills required:

• From 2 years of experience as a project or product manager;
• Have analytical thinking and be able to draw conclusions from a large flow of data;
• Be able to qualitatively coordinate interaction with adjacent departments and control the setting and execution of tasks;
• Understand commercial a component of product development and implementation, have experience in sales planning based on business goals;
• Learn quickly and be able to adjust processes;
• Build relationships with process stakeholders;
• Have high internal motivation and desire to work for victory.

Expected results in the first 3-6 months:

• Availability of a sales plan for the product in terms of priority channels;
• Formed and agreed product catalog;
• Availability of clear advantages and tools for providing service for the sales department;
• Developed processes of interaction and analytics;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of set goals for the sales department on "back end".
