Manager in a new store CCC in "A7" Shopping Center, Ivano-Frankivsk

Tasks:

• Managing the operation of the store and ensuring efficient operation personnel
• Ensuring a high level of customer service
• Monitoring product availability on the shelves
• Implementation of marketing campaigns and product promotion
• Competitor monitoring and market analysis
• Ensuring compliance with the company's safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in store management or a similar position
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team and motivate staff to achieve goals
• Knowledge of retail and marketing basics
• High responsibility and result-oriented
• Knowledge of 1C, Excel, cash discipline
