Manager of social networks / communications in Varus

The VARUS national network invites a proactive and talented Communications Manager to its team, who will help us strengthen the corporate spirit and make the internal life of the company even more rich and interesting.

Your area of responsibility:

• Lead and develop corporate social networks (TikTok, Instagram) - create content that unites employees;
• Take an active part in the implementation and popularization of the company's values;
• Prepare and send internal communications (news, surveys, information campaigns);
• Purchase and monitor the supply of branded products and souvenirs;
• Organize corporate events — from team building and sports competitions to book clubs and contests;
• Support and implement projects for the development of corporate culture (charity initiatives, contests, engagement programs).
