Functional and responsibilities of the position: Implementation of personnel selection in all possible search channels ; Selection of line workers, specialists and specialists, managers and middle managers; Implementation of a recommendation program for the selection of employees; Organization of the selection process within the company (interaction with internal customers to analyze the search application, analysis of the company's personnel reserve, coordination of the selection process with search stakeholders); Implementation of projects aimed at increasing the efficiency of the recruiting function; Involvement of smm and pr for faster and better recruiting; Implementation of automation tools in the processes of personnel selection and adaptation; Participation in the project of building the adaptation process; Adaptation of line employees, specialists and specialists of the company; The opportunity to participate in other projects in the field of personnel management implemented by the Company.
