Job DescriptionRequirements for the candidate: Experience as a manager of object search in companies engaged in assembly and construction works (construction engineering) is welcome; (modern young people, graduates of engineering faculties with leadership qualities are also invited!); Necessary skills of conducting negotiations, conducting presentations and overcoming objections; Competent language, activity, responsibility, sociability, decency; Ability to obtain the necessary information about the object, establish contacts with representatives of a potential customer, get data for calculating the offer. Responsibilities: Search for new construction objects; Preparation of commercial proposals and conducting negotiations for known objects.
