Key requirements:

  • Successful experience in sales of mineral fertilizers, seeds and PPE;
  • Knowledge of techniques and methods of business communication and negotiations;
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients;
  • High level of communication, competent language;
  • Ability to convince and work with objections;
  • Higher agricultural education;
  • Mandatory possession of a category B driving license.

Main duties:

  • Active search and attraction of potential Clients, support and development of existing Clients;
  • Development of an individual commercial proposal for each Client;
  • Conducting negotiations, presentations;
  • Contracting contracts, tracking the terms of their execution;
  • Control and ensuring timely repayment of receivables by Clients;
  • Expansion of the client base.
