PRAT "ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE" successfully works and develops in Ukraine, and is a joint venture of the world's largest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev, as well as the largest brewing company of Turkey, Anadolu Efes. We are announcing a vacant position Regional manager of sales development and interaction with key customers Odessa.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management and coordination of sales processes in the network of key customers in the assigned territory;

  • Achieving distribution targets in the area of responsibility;

  • Control of compliance by key customers with the terms of the agreements contracts;

  • Ensuring high-quality merchandising in accordance with approved company standards;

  • Plan, coordinate and ensure the implementation of promotions, provide reports on the results of promotions;


  • Analysis and assessment of the market potential of the key customer segment in POS and advertising materials;
  • Monitoring correct placement and use of POS materials, trade equipment and other marketing materials;

  • Identification, control and preparation of reports on the advertising activities of competitors in the assigned territory;

  • Implementation of current marketing goals and tasks within the area of responsibility;

  • Control and motivation of the sales team, team training standards;

  • Conducting audits of key customers regarding the availability and representation of beer distribution;

  • Systematic work on finding opportunities for sales growth, distribution expansion and increasing the company's market share, as well as cost optimization.

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in a commercial structure (3-5 years in sales and management);
  • Availability driver's license category "B", driving experience from 2 years;
  • Knowledge of the structure and methods of functioning of the local market;
  • Ability to establish and maintain internal and external contacts;
  • Knowledge of the English language at the pre-intermediate level;
  • A confident PC user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project);
  • Analytical abilities, sociability, flexibility;
  • Aspiration for self-development.
