Duties:

1. Project management: development and implementation of restaurant development plans, including the opening of new establishments, introduction of new menus, etc.
2. Managing personnel, team motivation, resolving conflicts and ensure effective communication within the team.
3. Financial management: Understanding of the budget, financial reporting, cost control, calculation of profit and cost of products.
4. Marketing and advertising: developing strategies, brand promotion, advertising campaigns and working with social networks.
5. Creativity: creating new ideas for menus, decor, promotions and other aspects of the restaurant business.
6. Analytics: monitor key performance indicators, as well as timely adjust strategies based on the results obtained.
7. Effective resolution of emerging problems and failures, quick response to unforeseen situations.
8. Implement new technologies and methods to optimize work processes and improve the customer experience.
9. Interaction with suppliers, partners and other third-party organizations to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant.

Requirements:

1. Work experience of at least one year in positions: restaurant manager, manager of a chain of cafes\ bars\cafes.
2. Mobility: travel around Ukraine to network facilities.
3. Leadership and managerial skills.
