Manager of remote training of personnel in Delta Sport

Nike Ukraine is looking for a distance learning manager for its team. Areas of your responsibility: Development of educational content (distance courses, tests, questionnaires). The main areas of the courses: management skills and sales skills; Constant updating of content on the training portal, ensuring the relevance of the material; Administration of distance learning processes; Evaluation of the effectiveness of training courses in the LMS: analysis of training results, feedback collection; Formation of a knowledge base on the training portal; Conducting employee training. What we expect from you: Higher education in the field of personnel management, economics; Experience in creating training and educational materials, methods from 2 years; Experience in developing electronic courses from the script to the launch of the finished course; Experienced user of WebTutor, iSpring (or other LMS ) and course development tools; Experience in creating interesting Scorm materials for LMS; Confident PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point); Skills in working with large volumes of information; Skills in organizing and conducting webinars and trainings for line managers.
