Responsibilities:
— Selection of promoters and hostesses for projects
— Conducting online interviews for other cities
— Conducting offline interview in Kyiv
— Formation and constant expansion of the personnel base
— Control of confirmation and exit of people to points
— Quick replacement in case of force majeure
— Working with Google Sheets
Important:
— Search and test new sources of staff engagement

— Schedule: 2 days in the office (Kyiv), the rest - remotely
