Participation in the development and agreed CRI in the field of Quality and Safety of food products, drawing up periodic reports for the Company's management on the effectiveness of the QMS operation, including information on potential quality and safety risks Selection of reliable providers of pest control and cleaning services (including selection of detergents and disinfectants for trading points, etc. .p.) Development of training materials and conducting training on QMS requirements for personnel Monitoring of legislative requirements in the field of ensuring the quality and safety of food products and their timely implementation Drawing up a schedule of internal audits, conducting audits in retail outlets and warehouses with subsequent coordination of the development and implementation of corrective actions, analysis of inspection results (inspection of sanitary condition, storage conditions, approval documentation, product proximity, expiration dates of goods, medical records of employees, etc.) analysis of causes of incidents related to product quality and safety, consumer complaints, inconsistencies identified as a result of external inspections, coordination of the process of developing corrective actions, tracking the effectiveness and timeliness of the implementation of measures Providing feedback on complaints received regarding the quality of products and the sanitary condition of the trade division Using a risk-based approach in case of detection of deviations from established standards and processes, conducting effective cross-functional communication to establish the causes of deviations and agree on further actions with the Company's management.
