MAIN TASKS

Organization and coordination of work on protection issues (Protection) with in order to determine the needs of IDPs and the affected population

Organization and coordination of case management activities of representatives of vulnerable categories, in particular children

Active participation in relevant technical coordination meetings, cluster meetings and working groups

Managing and controlling the activity of monitoring mobile teams to collect information, feedback and complaints from beneficiaries and target population groups

Controlling the performance of project indicators, timely detection of deviations.

Call liaising with logistics team regarding procurement and supply

Timely reporting, meeting deadlines

Performing other duties as required

Strong adherence to humanitarian principles and standards

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Higher education;

Knowledge of internal displacement issues;

Experience in data management and project documentation management ;

Ability to organize a team;

Fluency in Ukrainian and English;

A confident user of Microsoft Office;

Other relevant experience and skills

Ability to make informed decisions and the ability to respond flexibly in a dynamic environment with limited time frames.

Previous experience in humanitarian or human rights organizations is welcome;
