Manager of projects and attraction of grant resources in HD-group

We are looking for an experienced and motivated project manager who will be responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects, as well as attracting grant funds resources. 

Desired experience and skills:

• Development and implementation of projects from beginning to end;

• Knowledge of the donor environment, resources and sources of funding; 

• Project progress reporting;

• Writing grant applications and managing grant funds;

• Cooperation with international partners;

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills;

• Readiness to adapt to changing requirements; /span>

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;

• Ability to manage and work under conditions of change in an active and positive manner.

• High internal motivation and focus on results;

• Possession of presentation skills;

• Mandatory knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than upper-intermediate (both written and spoken);

• Ability to build and maintain relationships;

• Excellent written and communication skills;

• Strong organizational skills

Task:

• Searching for new funding sources, monitoring grant competitions;

• Conducting negotiations with the grantor;

• Development of project applications, budget preparation, submission of all necessary documents required by the grantor;

• Preparation of accompanying documents for application registration, in accordance with the requirements of the grantor (in Ukrainian and English).

• Coordination and support of the team's work on creating project concepts.

• Coordination of project implementation, interaction with the team in accordance with the specifics of the grant application.

• Monitoring and reporting on the use of received funds, ensuring compliance with grantor requirements

• Communication with partners and donors at all stages of project implementation
