Odd Systems is a team of engineers and entrepreneurs who create modern technological solutions for the Ukrainian army. We make FPV drones, thermal imaging cameras, communication stations, and other components and electronics that are massively in demand by defense forces.
We are growing and we are looking for a Purchasing and EMS Manager for our team.

Main areas of work:

• Search for new suppliers and transport companies;
• Control over placed orders;
• Verification of documents for export agreements;
• Selection of samples according to the requests of the sales department;
• Organization of logistics processes (transport companies and transit).

Necessary skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in the position of buyer, logistician, warehouse manager;
• Experience of cooperation with foreign suppliers;
• Experience of cooperation with contractors - logistics companies, brokers, etc.;
• Work experience in a startup;
• Structural approach to processes and high organization;
• General understanding of miltech, interest in this field;
• Fluent English.
