That is why we are looking for a Manager of Training, Assessment and Staff Development with a keen sense of people and a deep understanding of processes. We are looking for you if you: have experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; love people, are ready to contribute to the development of employees; have excellent communication skills, are not afraid of public speaking; want to be involved in HR processes and work in a driving environment team; you know how to quickly perform tasks, find and implement effective solutions. What tasks will have to be performed: Training of company employees: identification of training needs, development and implementation of training for employees, planning and budgeting of training. Evaluation of employees: evaluation of professional knowledge, skills and skills, assessment of employees for compliance with the company's values, organization and conduct of assessment centers, business simulations. Development of the company's employees: development and management of individual development programs for key employees and managers. Support and filling of the knowledge base: formation of the knowledge base, keeping it up-to-date , making changes to regulations/standards and instructions to improve their quality and ease of perception.
