"Save Ukraine" is the largest humanitarian organization aimed at supporting families in Ukraine. Founded in 2014, the mission of Save Ukraine is to protect children and families affected by war. Our activities are aimed at helping the most vulnerable Ukrainians: orphans, children with disabilities, internally displaced persons and victims of violence. We are evacuating families from the front line and from the territories temporarily occupied by Russia. We are the only humanitarian organization that regularly organizes rescue missions to return forcibly deported children to Ukraine. "Save Ukraine" unites dozens of organizations and hundreds of volunteers to help those affected by the war and rebuild their lives. Currently, the team at "Save Ukraine" is looking for a Manager of training and staff development with knowledge of the English language. Responsibilities: Assessment of personnel educational needs, development of individual and general training plans Organization of training events with the participation of both internal and external experts. Participation in the creation of methodologies and training programs. and providers of educational services Conducting regular events to update and deepen previously acquired knowledge Requirements: Experience in the public sector will be an advantage General knowledge in the field of project management Fluency in Ukrainian and English - at a level for the ability to communicate and correspond with partners Advanced level of using Excel, Microsoft office Necessary skills: High level of self-organization and planning skills; prioritization; Interaction with the team, proactive communication; Attention to details, the skill of document systematization, their creation, processing and storage; The ability to present information qualitatively.
