Manager of personnel training and development in Athletics

We are looking for a Manager of training and personnel development to join the friendly team of the dynamic ATHLETICS retail chain company. What we expect from you: you have a higher education, experience in a similar position for at least 2 years, skills in developing training materials for classroom and online training, teaching methodology, experience in implementing and filling LMS systems, experience in developing new training materials and trainings, mastery of tools for creating presentations (Power Point, Canva), competent language and writing in Ukrainian, communication skills, responsibility, systematic approach to tasks, focus on results, attention to details and an active life position, analytical mindset, passion for work. What needs to be done: form and provide implementation of the training plan, in accordance with the key needs of the Company, determine the mandatory training programs for each group of positions, the selection of methods and forms of training, the construction and implementation of adaptive training programs through LMS for divisions, the development of internal training in the Company, the involvement of internal experts in the development of training programs, support for corporate development, the creation and up-to-date knowledge base assessment of training effectiveness, implementation of metrics PR-support of the training and development function planning of a full training cycle for personnel (updating materials, creating courses, testing) organizing and conducting training according to work standards development of training programs, presentations in accordance with the Company's standards providing support coordination of training and communication with units.
