Job duties:

• Development and implementation of the Bank's corporate training and development strategy.
• Assessment of training needs for employees of the Head Office, branches and outlets.
• Formation of the annual training plan, preparation and support of the training budget, control of its implementation, reporting.
• Organization and conduct of training events (internal trainings, seminars, distance learning).
• Evaluation of the level of knowledge and competence of employees, formation of reports on training results.
• Selection and interaction with providers of training services, conclusion of contracts, quality monitoring training.
• Formation and support of working groups of Bank specialists for the development of training materials and improvement of business training processes.
• Involvement of internal and external experts to conduct specialized training programs.
• Development of management personnel development programs, formation of a personnel reserve, support of the career growth system.
• Organization and implementation of the distance learning system.

Professional skills and knowledge:

• Experience in the field of training and personnel development from 3 years, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
• Knowledge of modern methods of training, coaching, evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Owning of modern digital training tools.
• High level of communication, organization and presentation skills.
• Workability, discipline, attentiveness, responsibility.
