We are looking for a training and development manager
Position tasks:
- Construction of a corporate-wide training system and analysis of its effectiveness
- Analysis of personnel training and development needs
- Creation of a competency model and selection of tools for their assessment
- Organization and support of the training process on the development of corporate competencies
- Construction, administration and support of the personnel evaluation process
- Creation and management of the "Personnel reserve" program for key positions
- Writing job maps and IPR for of employees
- Search for providers for conducting training
- Participation in the budgeting process according to the direction of training
- Preparation of reports
- Participation in other projects of the HR department < strong>
