What you will do:

• Create and implement modern training programs for employees in various areas;

• Conduct trainings, seminars and internal training sessions;

• Collaborate with managers to determine the training and development needs of personnel;

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and optimize them.

What we expect:

• Experience in training and development of personnel from 1 year, preferably in the banking sector;

• Ability to work in a team and focus on result;

• Higher education;

• Activity, initiative and desire to develop people and training systems.
