Manager of personnel selection and adaptation in Red Cross Ukraine

The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCSU) announces a competition for the position ofChief specialist \recruit for the selection and adaptation of personnel

The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization of Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those , who needs it the most.

The main task in the position is to ensure a high-quality process (cycle) of recruitment and adaptation of new employees according to the Regulations of work.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of candidate search strategy:
  • Based on tasks from the management to develop a search plan and a portrait of the ideal candidate
  • Storage and archiving of personnel documentation in accordance with requirements.
• Working with turnover indicators during the probationary period

Training and self-development:

• Supporting own professional development in the field of personnel search, selection and adaptation

Responsibilities that apply for all categories of positions

1. To conduct active work to achieve the goals of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCHU).
2. To adhere to the principles of the Red Cross Movement and work in accordance with them.< /li>
3. Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of personnel management, law, business administration or related fields.
• Experience in the field of recruitment for at least 3 years.
• Deep understanding of labor legislation, processing and archiving of personnel documentation.
• High written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with different people.
• Ability to organize your work and manage multitasking tasks.

• Strict observance of confidentiality of personal data of employees.
• Ability to analyze documents and information to make informed decisions.
