In connection with the development of projects, we are looking for our team Recruitment and adaptation manager

Our expectations:

• Stable work experience in an international manufacturing company or recruiting agency in personnel selection from 3 years
• Experience of working with various levels of vacancies - from entry-level positions to management roles
• Proficiency in modern recruitment methods, including the use of social networks, professional platforms (LinkedIn), job boards and other sources
and analytical skills, result orientation, independence, strategic vision, inclination to continuous development and learning

• Knowledge of the English language and search for candidates in EU countries, Turkey or India will be an additional advantage< /p>

Main duties:

• Identifying needs for new employees and determining requirements for vacancies in cooperation with managers
• Developing and publishing vacancies on various platforms, including the corporate website, job boards, social networks and others channels
• Determining the most suitable sources for finding candidates
• Conducting interviews to assess the professional skills, competencies and motivation of potential candidates
• Coordinating all stages of candidate selection
• Adaptation of new employees
• Employer brand development
• Internal communications of the HR department
• Participation in HR projects of the company
