• Search and recruit personnel of various departments.
• Organize and conduct interviews (independently and with customers).
• Analyze the effectiveness of search channels and conduct a search new channels to attract targeted candidates.
• Collect recommendations for final candidates.
• Support the adaptation of candidates at the company (conducting a welcome presentation, support of a new employee on various issues during the probationary period)
• Analyze the labor market, provide quarterly wage monitoring.
