Areas of responsibility:
- Search and recruit personnel of various departments.
- Organize and conduct interviews (independently and with customers).
- Analyze the effectiveness of search channels and conduct a search new channels to attract targeted candidates.
- Collect recommendations for final candidates.
- Support the adaptation of candidates at the company (conducting a welcome presentation, support of a new employee on various issues during the probationary period)
- Analyze the labor market, provide quarterly wage monitoring.
- Prepare HR analytics.
- Participate in HR department projects.
