Manager of personnel selection and adaptation in Smart Solutions

We are currently looking for an HR specialist for our internal HR department, who will strengthen our team and become part of the history of Smart Solutions :)

What will you do:

• Searching for candidates;
• Conducting telephone interviews and initial assessment of candidates;
• Maintenance of candidate database in ATS;
• Accompanying candidates during the adaptation period;
• Participate in other projects of the department.

We expect from you:

• Experience in search, selection and adaptation of personnel from 2 years;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Knowledge of recruitment methods and candidate evaluation;
• The desire to develop;
• Courage in solving interesting tasks and creativity;
• The desire to learn every day.
